GAS SENSOR MQ-135

TheMQ-135 Gas Sensor is a gas and air-quality monitoring sensor used to detect harmful gases and pollutants in the environment. It is sensitive to gases such as ammonia (NH₃), nitrogen oxides (NOₓ), alcohol, benzene, smoke, carbon dioxide (CO₂), and other volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The sensor works by changing its electrical resistance when exposed to different gas concentrations, and this change is converted into an analog or digital signal that can be read by microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, and PIC. It operates with a simple interface, has fast response characteristics, and is suitable for continuous monitoring. Due to its low cost and ease of use, the MQ-135 sensor is widely used in air quality monitoring systems, pollution detection, smart home automation, industrial safety systems, environmental monitoring, and IoT-based gas detection projects.
